Child Data: You authorize us to collect the child's name, age, and photo for the sole purpose of generating a personalized storybook.
Photo Usage: Any photo uploaded is used temporarily by our AI to generate illustrations. We do not sell or share these photos with third parties for marketing purposes.
Tanzania Data Act: In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (2022), you have the right to request the deletion of your child’s data at any time.
Creative Nature: The stories and images are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for high quality, the content is for entertainment purposes.
Accuracy: AI may occasionally produce "hallucinations" or unexpected creative elements. Mtoto Online is not liable for minor creative inconsistencies.
Ownership: You retain the right to the personal photos provided. Noni Technologies Ltd owns the unique software and AI templates used to create the book.
Usage: The final digital/physical book is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Once the AI processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled due to the automated cost of generation.
Refunds are only issued if there is a technical failure to deliver the product.
Kwa kutumia huduma ya Mtoto Online ya kutengeneza kitabu cha hadithi, wewe (Mzazi au Mlezi) unakubaliana na masharti haya. Ikiwa hukubaliani nayo, tafadhali usitumie huduma hii.
Data ya Mtoto: Unatupa idhini ya kuchukua jina la mtoto, umri, na picha kwa ajili tu ya kutengeneza kitabu cha hadithi.
Matumizi ya Picha: Picha yoyote inayopakiwa inatumiwa kwa muda na mfumo wetu wa AI. Hatuuzi wala kushiriki picha hizi na watu wengine kwa madhumuni ya masoko.
Sheria ya Data Tanzania: Kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Kulinda Taarifa Binafsi (2022), unayo haki ya kuomba kufutwa kwa taarifa za mtoto wako wakati wowote.
Ubunifu: Hadithi na picha zinatengenezwa na Akili Bandia (AI). Ingawa tunajitahidi kutoa ubora wa hali ya juu, maudhui haya ni kwa ajili ya burudani.
Usahihi: Wakati mwingine AI inaweza kuleta matokeo ya kiubunifu yasiyotarajiwa. Mtoto Online haitawajibika kwa makosa madogo ya kiubunifu.
Umiliki: Unabaki na haki ya picha zako binafsi. Noni Technologies Ltd inamiliki programu na mifumo ya AI iliyotumika kutengeneza kitabu.
Matumizi: Kitabu cha mwisho ni kwa ajili ya matumizi yako binafsi na si kwa ajili ya biashara.
